Eugene J. Franz General Manager, Solutions and Channels
Mr. Franz has spent his career assisting companies in solving business problems, primarily through the use of computer and computer related technology. He joined Wizzard Software Corp., after spending 30 years (1972-2002) both as a technician and executive in national and international consulting organizations.
He has served as a Vice President, President, Chairman and CEO. During these years he guided a company through an Initial Public Offering (IPO); later purchased the firm; and eventually sold it to a global information technology consulting firm. He has managed teams as large as 300 professional consulting, sales and recruiting staff.
From 1962-1972, Mr. Franz was a high tech software developer. He both led and participated in the design and development of early data base concepts. While serving as a manager at the American Medical Association, he consulted to the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. As part of that work, he co-authored a book titled: Reclassification of Physicians, 1968. The book reported on a data base built as a part of this project to gather and report the demographic, biographical and professional activity information on the physician population.
Aimee Ward Director, Sales and Marketing
Aimee R. Ward has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, including 11 years with PrimeSource Building Materials in Houston, Texas and Rochester, New York. In 1988, she founded ValuMail, a direct-mail advertising company; three years later, the multimillion business was sold to Northeast Graphics. Ward has also managed new business development for the Democrat and Chronicle newspaper in Rochester, New York and product marketing for Element K Journals. She earned her B.A. degree at SUNY Geneseo.
